Basso’s menu celebrates authentic Italian cuisine with its creative use of ingredients largely found in the surrounding community. Chef Patrick Connolly and his team are committed to forging relationships with growers and purveyors who can deliver high-quality products that translate into exceptional guest experiences. The diverse menu – available for dinner and late-night – incorporates house-made pastas and breads, wood-fired pizzas, roasted meats and veggies, and great items for sharing. A 40-seat bar is the anchor of Basso, so of course the beer, wine and cocktail lists are exceptional.
